Pottery Wheel Experience – 2 Hours
Always wanted to try the potter’s wheel? Come get your hands muddy and experience the joy of making your own pottery in this fun and relaxed two-hour session.
I’ll guide you step-by-step through the basics: centering clay, pulling walls, and shaping your very own pots. You’ll get your own wheel and plenty of support in a small group setting (max 3 people per session). At the end, you can choose 2 pieces for me to trim, glaze, and fire — ready for pickup in about 4 weeks!
Includes:
– 2 hours of guided tuition
– All materials, clay, tools & wheel use
– Glazing & firing of 2 pieces
– Small group: Max 3 people
What to bring:
– An old towel
– Short nails & tied-back hair
– Closed shoes
– A splash of patience and creativity!
– Patience! Learning to make a pot on the wheel is hard. So bring along some patience:)
Please note: This experience is for adults (18+). Pottery takes time — finished pieces will be held for 6 weeks after notification. Rescheduling allowed with 7+ days’ notice.

Feeling unwell?
If you’re sick or have cold/flu symptoms, please get in touch to reschedule — I really appreciate it! As a one-woman studio, staying well helps keep everything running smoothly.
Kiln disclaimer:
I do my best to care for your creations, but due to the unpredictable nature of ceramics, I can’t guarantee all pieces will survive the firing process (especially if walls are too thick). Thanks for understanding!
