Do you offer refunds?

Please contact me via email before returning your piece. If you are not completely satisfied with the piece, I offer a full refund on it’s safe return, within ten business days of purchase. An email stating your intention and order number is required prior to postage. Refunds will not include return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or processed in error from our end and items must be returned undamaged.

For items broken during shipping , please contact me via email with a photograph of the broken product.

Can you make a custom piece?

I am sorry but I do not take custom orders.

 Can you make something that bought from you 15 years ago?

No, I do not remake pieces I made in previous collections, years ago. But please  have a look at my current work and perhaps something takes your fancy.

Do you offer wholesale?

I offer wholesale on some of my collection. I wholesale on a small scale as this is a 1 woman business and I have not more than 7 days / week to work:)

Please be advised that wholesale orders require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for an order placed.

Can I visit your studio?

Yes, I am open only by appointment, so please contact me via mobile phone to arrange a time for a visit to the pottery 0448-866889

Can I put the pot in the dishwasher or microwave?

Yes, my pottery are safe to go in dishwasher and microwave unless stated different in description. 
They are NOT safe for Thermalshock. Putting a hot bowl into cold water might crack the pot. 

I have a giftvoucher. Can I use it to shop online?

Yes, when shopping with your giftvoucher. After choosing “check out”. You will have a payment option of giftvoucher.
